Meetings are always on a Monday evening. All meetings commence at 7.30 p.m. unless otherwise indicated and are held in the main hall of Braywood Memorial Hall, Fifield Road, Fifield. Notices of these meetings are posted in the Maidenhead Advertiser on the Friday before a meeting. Fifteen minutes are allocated to Members of the public who wish to speak at a General Meeting and interested parties in planning matters are able to speak briefly on specific plans, subject to notifying the Clerk prior to Planning Meeting.

ANNUAL ELECTORS' MEETING

All parishes are bound to hold an Annual Electors’ Meeting once a year. It is an ideal opportunity for residents to meet their elected Councillors and put their questions, worries, complaints or compliments to the gathered Council. It is a meeting at which the Chairman will report on the many activities of the council during the preceding year and at which a guest speaker is usually invited to enlighten the audience on a local issue. After the meeting, guests are invited to join the Parish Members for drinks and light refreshments. This is an ideal opportunity to get to know the representatives of the parish and each other.

The Annual Electors' Meeting is held in April each year.

PLANNING MEETINGS

The council also meets every four weeks to review planning applications. Meetings are always on a Monday evening at 7.30pm, in the Braywood Memorial Hall, Fifield Road, Fifield.

Members of the public are very welcome to attend and are permitted to speak on individual applications for three minutes by prior arrangement with the Clerk. Any queries regarding planning applications should be made through the clerk, Janice Eden-Bagley.

Members of the parish council are happy to discuss parish problems with residents and try to help in any way they can, so please do not hesitate to contact the clerk for the name and telephone number of your local councillor. Better still, come along to one of the parish meetings and see for yourself what we can do on your behalf.

Minutes of any meeting of the parish council are available from the clerk.
