Fifteen minutes are allocated to Members of the public who wish to speak at a General Meeting and interested parties in planning matters are able to speak briefly on specific plans, subject to notifying the Clerk prior to Planning Meeting.

ANNUAL ELECTORS' MEETING

All parishes are bound to hold an Annual Electors’ Meeting once a year. It is an ideal opportunity for residents to meet their elected Councillors and put their questions, worries, complaints or compliments to the gathered Council. It is a meeting at which the Chairman will report on the many activities of the council during the preceding year and at which a guest speaker is usually invited to enlighten the audience on a local issue. After the meeting, guests are invited to join the Parish Members for drinks and light refreshments. This is an ideal opportunity to get to know the representatives of the parish and each other.
